Associate Partner

Josh is an Associate Partner of the Gig Executive practice and specialises in interim management appointments across the public sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Politics and Economics from Cardiff University and prides himself on keeping abreast of changes in the market and sector which enables him to source and present relevant, experienced candidates for each assignment.

Josh has partnered with clients over the last decade to help solve their talent challenges. Utilising his cross-functional and his leadership experience in talent solutions across government, commercial and not-for-profit sectors to bring a strategic approach, and in delivering the best possible service to both clients and candidates.

He works alongside them, combining his knowledge with colleagues, to identify and select interim executives including Chief Executives, HR Leaders, Finance Directors, Managing Directors, and Executive Directors.
