Case Study: Transformation Interim Leading Change at a Statutory Authority
The newly appointed CEO was looking for a Change and Transition Lead to spearhead the new transformation program and its initiatives in line with the five-year strategy. The transformation driven by the CEO, would review and assess the policies that brought increased scale, accountability and reporting to deliver future program expectations as well as optimise the organisation’s potential.
The Gig Executive team secured a senior resource who could immediately commence in the role. The placed candidate came with over 25 years’ experience in leadership, management and consulting roles. She was skilled at leading and facilitating processes to help leaders and organisations solve complex problems; set clear direction, improve performance and deliver on their transformation and change agenda. The candidate had worked with a range of organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and the UK, so brought a broad base of knowledge to the role.
The Gig Executive commenced in the role as the Interim Transition and Change Lead within a week of the Gig Executive team receiving the brief. Working closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and the Board, the placed candidate led a transformation team including internal staff and consultants responsible for program design management and communications for a period of 6 months
