The Gig Executive team screened our extensive ecosystem and quickly produced a short list of candidates who were willing to commute or work remotely to assist the CEO and support the extensive workforce. The successful candidate had two decades of executive experience across human resources and change management and has in recent times implemented significant corporate change initiatives at both the state and regional level. They had recently worked at a similar organisation, leading a substantive transformation where she helped in the relocation of their CBD location to Geelong and in facilitating a significant organisational redesign.
