When an Australian healthcare provider was undertaking a significant transformation, Gig Executive partnered with the CEO to secure a seasoned senior Human Resources leader who was confident, resourceful and resilient. ​​As one of the largest and most comprehensive regional health services in Australia, providing care at all stages of life and circumstance, the role business critical to fill with the right talent.  With more than 7000 staff, the health services cover the full spectrum from primary care, community services, aged care, rehabilitation, mental health, emergency and acute care.

THE SOLUTION​

The Gig Executive team screened our extensive ecosystem and quickly produced a short list of candidates who were willing to commute or work remotely to assist the CEO and support the extensive workforce. The successful candidate had two decades of executive experience across human resources and change management and has in recent times implemented significant corporate change initiatives at both the state and regional level. They had recently worked at a similar organisation, leading a substantive transformation where she helped in the relocation of their CBD location to Geelong and in facilitating  a significant organisational redesign.

THE IMPACT​

The Gig Executive successfully fulfilled their 6 month contract and facilitated the engagement of a permanent solution.
