THE CHALLENGE
The Executive Director, Learning Innovation is a key position within the executive leadership team, guiding the educational offering at the College. The Gig Executive team were approached after the incumbent resigned and joined a competitor necessitating an immediate finish. Our brief was to find a dynamic education professional with immediate availability to join the College before the commencement of Term 1.
THE SOLUTION
Working at pace, the Gig Executive team were able to submit potential candidates within 4 hours of the briefing. The College were delighted at the level of candidates for their consideration and secured a preferred candidate to the role. The candidate previously spent nine years in a range of leadership positions, including College Director and Executive Director, Programs and Educational Leadership.
THE OUTCOME
By quickly securing such a high calibre candidate to this pivotal position, they could contribute to the development of product, conceptualisation and e-learning platforms for the calendar year. The candidate was offered and accepted the permanent position 2 months into their interim engagement.
