THE CHALLENGE

The Gig Executive team was engaged by a regional hospital to assist with the urgent appointment of an Interim Director, Finance and Corporate Services.​

Following the departure of the permanent CFO, an immediate need was identified to bring in a seasoned Interim CFO/Corporate Services Executive to lead the hospital’s operations and provide financial and corporate governance advice to the CEO and Committees.

​A senior finance executive, with a solid background in the public health sector, including regional health, was successful in the role.
