THE BRIEF

Following a review of their executive team, a Chief People Officer role was newly created as part of the College’s growth strategy. Gig Executive was engaged to assist with the urgent appointment of an Interim Chief People Officer whilst the search was undertaken to fill the permanent role.

THE SOLUTION​

The need was urgent, and the client required the interim to commence in the role before the end of year holiday break. Our team sourced the right person to fulfil this important bridging appointment.

The Gig Executive placed has over 25 years’ experience working as a senior HR executive working within complex organisations and multi-disciplined client groups on both a domestic and global basis.

THE IMPACT​

The successful Gig Executive commenced in the role within 2 weeks of the initial client briefing. Our team worked in partnership with the Principal and Deputy Principal to facilitate this quick turnaround with rapid references, security checks and ongoing support for the school and the Gig Executive candidate.

Two months into the assignment, the Gig candidate has had an immediate impact and eliciting excellent feedback from the client.
