A company director since 1995, Mary Beth Bauer FAICD has been a Board Director of Fisher Leadership since October 2016. An active board member in the public and Not For Profit sectors for over 18 years, Mary Beth brings a strong focus on governance, with particular expertise in finance, audit and risk, business strategy development, strategic communications and all aspects of investor and stakeholder relations.

With over 25 years’ experience in strategic leadership, investor relations, issue and stakeholder management, chartered accounting and corporate finance, Mary Beth is a professional Company Director, bringing experience and insights from her background in chartered accounting, consulting and investor relations in the United States and Australia.

Mary Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
