Catalina is responsible for providing administrative support to the Coaching & Transition and Transformation team in her role as Business Services. She possesses an excellent ability to oversee operations and monitor cross-company projects, as well as to effectively prioritise tasks and strive to ensure the needs of the customer are met. In this position, Catalina also supports the CLA team by working in collaboration with other business units across the firm and the company-wide Marketing team in delivering newsletters, PR, events and social media.

Catalina's passion is human development and leadership. She has been dedicated to empowering others to be change-agents, expressing their authentic self as a life mentor and end-of-life doula. She is warm, engaging, and thrives on building deep and trusting relationships.
