Andrea has extensive experience consulting on human resource strategy, transformation, coaching and workforce planning in the public sector as well as in higher education. She has managed a number of major organisational development projects and her strength is in aligning human resources policies and practices to achieve organisational goals and in developing performance metrics to measure success. She has led and advised organisational development teams in both large complex organisations and small agencies. She has considerable experience in transformational programs for onboarding, recruitment, the introduction of technology and for diversity and inclusion. Key to her approach is developing a great understanding of the environment, challenges and opportunities, and a focus on the client’s goals. She is experienced in leadership development programs, coaching, team building and facilitation of strategic planning.
